Noah Shadix and Ann Carol Braswell take 1st place on ALA-LA-MISS Test.  Congratulations!  Will have the official results on April 15 for team and individual honors in the tri-state region and North Alabama region.

7:00 – 7:30 (Eat at Chick-fil-A on Walker's Chapel Road)
8:00 - 8:30 Registration
8:30 - 9:45 7th and 8th Grades Written Test
8:30 - 9:45 6th Grade Ciphering (gym)
9:45 - 10:15 Refreshments (lunchroom)
10:15 - 11:30 6th Grade Written Test
10:15 - 11:30 7th and 8th Grades Ciphering (gym)(meet on bus at 11:30)
11:30 – 1:55 Lunch Break (Brookwood Mall) Bus will leave at 1:55 pm.
2:30 - 3:00 Awards (Gym)

February Happenings!

Please send GACS and parent volunteer forms as soon as possible.  Send door prize gift cards to Mrs. Sellers. E-mail Mrs. Sellers for questions if you were not at parent meeting.  Also, e-mail Mrs. Sellers any pictures of tournaments or McWane.

February events:

GACS and Volunteer forms due Feb. 14 or sooner.
February 18 - Albertville (8th grade only - leave at 6:30 am)
February 21 - ALA-LA-MISS Test (taken in class)
February 25 - Pizitz - All math teamers (leave at 6 am - lunch at Brookwall Mall)
February 28 - Fairview (7th grade only - We will eat in Mrs. Sellers room at 2:40 and then leave for Fairview around 3:10 pm.  Dairy Queen is graciously offering us a meal of burger and fries or chicken fingers and fries for $2.  Thank you Mrs. Fillinger for working out such a good deal with DQ.)  Awards will be at 7 pm and we should return to CMS around 7:45 - 8 pm or students can ride home with parents.  Fairview is trying an after school tournament for the first time.
